Hello, hope this is in the right topic, recently bought the above it was working but now show 3 solid red lights, It’s no longer showing up in the com ports, is this recoverable?
Well it is not a real Arduino it is a knock off clone pretending to be an Arduino.
So who knows the component quality you get.
It could be the USB to serial chip. This is the one next to the crystal. Are your soldering skills up to replacing this chip?

What does it say on the back? Is there a made in Italy claim?
Anyway if it is a genuine Arduino from a reputable dealer there should be a statutory period when it can be returned for a replacement. In the US this is normally 90 days, in the UK and EU it is a year.
