Arduino UNO R4 wifi offline

Added a thing and using given example loaded to sketch. Verified the code and see the serial monitor output. Added device and configured with SSID and password too. But it always shows OFFLINE. Gone through this forum with same problems tried all suggested solutions too. Closed serial monitor too on arduino IDE on PC. I am using free PLAN which allows 2 things as I am just starting to
