Arduino Uno with ADS1115 as milli/ microAmmeter & Voltmeter

Hi Im kinda new to the arduino prototyping..
Can help me with this project..

Im trying to create a sensor through a shunt, or I dunno what can you suggest help please, for measuring currents as small as microamps and milliamps from like 0-10 mA with 4 decimal points and measure voltages of the three POINTS (p1, p2 & p3) throught 10K Pots. See diagram. THANKS!!!

Is this possible or my circuit sucks and would I require transimpendance amplifier?

I wish to make the project as simple as possible though but I guess its becoming a nightmare.

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP IT MEANS THE WORLD TO ME!!!!!!!!!

The reason no one has touched your request, is because breadboarding a circuit with a resolution of 0.0000001A is impractical. 1 ten millionth of an AMP could be induced into a 1cm of wire very easily.

Here is an explanation and experiment to harvest power emitted as radio frequency energy by a common cell phone.

To successfully measure such low signal levels would require expertise beyond this forum.
