Arduino Uno with Windows 8

Hello i have some problems with my arduino uno on windows 8.1 pro . I followed exactly all steps but i cant even upload the blink . I watched tons of tutorials on how to fix it but nothing works . This is the error message

Tried other COM but doesnt work either . If someone can explain me the situation

Mm, all the topic's here today are a bit the same.

Open device manager on you computer. Probably there's a device with a ! under ports or unknown devices. You have to install the driver of the UNO. Depending on where you bought it (original or clone) you need to download them. So which Arduino did you buy? linkssssss
