Arduino with Muscle Sensors V3

Hello, i would like to use the Arduino Uno with the Muscle Sensors V3 where i would get the results from the muscle sensors on my Arduino monitor for my project.
May i know if there's any relevant Codings for Arduino Uno and if there is any schematic diagram(Connection) setup for the Muscle sensors to the Arduino Uno Board.
And let me know if anyone has done on this project before.
