Not sure if this has been posted before, but Maplins are now selling Arduinos and a few shields. These are all Revision 3 boards.
However, only shields appear to be in stock. :(
Interesting, Just looked at the maplin site. http://www.maplin.co.uk/search?criteria=arduino
They have books in stock and the android mega adk. The main boards are on order. But as usual with maplins the prices are a bit on the strong side. But handy if you need something in a hurry, I have 2 stores with half an hour of home.
