Well why do you need to get data from the monitor anyway?
I can tell you why I do.
The surgery often asks me to keep a diary, 7 days, of BP and pulse, average all of them.
Doing it manually would be a pain.
I download as a CSV file, import into Excel and tidy it up before sending.
I also get additional information by downloading like AF events.
As a pacemaker patient, and juggling BP medication, being able to keep good records is essential.
I wouldn't buy a BP monitor without the facility to download.

Those pads / holes labelled CLK, DATA and GND look interesting.
Maybe a serial interface of some kind.
