At Tiny Programming 4/5/9/10

Hi Everyone,

I need to program At Tiny 4 Controller does anyone know how to program it?
I searched for it online and Using Arduino Uno and USBASP it will program, but that didn't work for me.

Does anyone have step by step guide to the program At Tiny 4/5/9/10 Controller?

Also, I want to know At what lowset VCC level (1.8 - 5.5V) At Tiny 10 ADC works properly.

This is what got me on the way to successfully making stuff on the Attiny10

Datasheet suggest you need a VCC between 2.5 and 5.5 for the ADC on the ATtiny10 and 5
