Hi,
I just updated the Fuse of my new atmega328p and set fuse register "LOW" to 0xFF, to use my 16MHz Oscillator. But since I set the fuse, the blink sketch isn't starting anymore and my programmer also can't talk with my chip anymore.
How can I program my chip again?

Please post a schematic diagram of the ATmega328 circuit, including all parts and the external oscillator. Hand drawn is fine.

Here my circuit diagram.
red, blue, green, white, statusred, statusblue, statusgreen are just LED-PWM outputs.
MISO, MOSI, SCK, RESET is used for ISP programing (worked fine!)
dip1 to dip8 are dip switch inputs and setting is a button input.
