Hello!
Go to this page https://www.arduino.cc/en/Tutorial/ArduinoISP and you will see that the 120ohm resistor is not needed. But, you will have to connect a 10uF capacitor if you use arduino UNO. And i have question - can i use this to burn bootloader on atmega32A (I think so)
