Atmel Flip "Could not open USB device"

I have an Arduino Uno R3, with the ATMEGA328P ic and when using the Atmel Flip and trying to connect it I get the error "Could not open USB device", I don't know what to do.

If you know anything it would help me a lot.
Thank you

Explain what you have tried, give a link to the instructions you followed, and post a photo of your UNO please.

Hi, I'm trying to make a joystick with the Arduino, and the code from GitHub - AlanChatham/UnoJoy: UnoJoy! allows you to easily turn an Arduino Uno (or Mega or Leonardo) into a PS3-compatible USB game controller

And a couple of tutorials (in Spanish)

As well as Flip 3.4.7.

But it gives me this error. I don't have much experience in Arduino.

Spanish is not my language so a 13 minute video is no help to me.

Please give the steps that you took like

  1. Wired the reset pin to ground on the 6-pin header next to the 16U2.
  2. Connect the board and started flip.
  3. Etcetera.

Note that I'm not familiar with the procedure.

There is a Spanish section on the forum if you rather have support in your native language; I can move your topic there if you prefer that.

Does your Uno indeed have the 16U2?

Yes, move me if you think it would be better. And if you have the module. But he still doesn't go.

Greetings and thank you
