Th attached schematic shows you how to bias the input at 2.5V so the Arduino can read the negative half of the AC audio signal.
For the frequency analysis there are FFT & FHT libraries.

I have for my upcoming Project a simple question:
And to get a good assessment of your likelihood of success we would like to know what your project is.
Getting a frequency analysis of a short section of sound is one thing, and applying that in a real world application is altogether another.
Things like note identification, speech recognition, and sound triggers are altogether much much more complex and are often not successful.
I want a audio-rective LED-stripe controlled with a Arduino (extern AUX-Input).
Like this sketch below:
Question : HOW can i build this , i am not a good at creating of electronic curcuits ![]()
Is that possible ?
Sketch :
Ok that is fine. There are many tutorials about this on line just search for
arduino sound to led strip
Avoid anything with instructables in the URL as these will inevitably be crap.
