I'm currently doing a project is with Autonomous Robot as a system base, but i have issue on navigate the robot back to the docking station. The currently option for me to use the robot to navigate back to the docking station are:
IR transceiver
digital compass
Which of the the component that is recommend or any other recommendations?
Well in my project I did planning to use IR sensor as a beacon but apparently at the online source just mentioned about IR transceiver but didn't take about how it works
