Hi there _ have been working on a weigh platform for some time using 4 load cells and the big numbers i2c library for a 16 by 2 lcd. Everything is working fine. What I would like to do now is to add a switch to toggle the display between big numbers and the readings from each load cell.
When I have used the lcd before have used the sprintf function so that the lcd does not “flash”. I can’t do this with the big numbers library this there another way. Not really want to use the lcd.clear command – could use some sub-routines but it’s a bit long winded ! any one could any ideas ??
