It's a multivibrator which will output 5-27V DC, 50-100uA, 3-90Hz, square waves. This should be possible with arduino. As I don't know enough about electronics, my hope is this community. How can I get more than 5V output? How much more I can get without using an additional DC source? How can I limit the output to 50-100 micro ampers?

I am a newbie too so can't offer any real help but during my searching I found a stablised output of 40v from an Arduino using an inductor but unfortunately I am unsure where. Google will help you.
