You mean HX710B ?
It's analog to digital converter, it doesn't measure anything. You still need a pressure sensor.
Why you need to use that specific ADC? Saw some tutorial doing that?
Give a link to your pressure sensor and the level of output voltage of the sensor. Are you referring to the following 24-bit serial "amp+adc" board?
This sensor
is designed to measure air pressure or the pressure of an enclosed vessel. Why are you saying Blood Pressure?
So why not do what was done on the website?
In the end of tutorial the blood pressure is not measured due to tuning

I've never designed a blood pressure machine before, so I can't recommend what sensor to use.
I suggest you do a google search for sphygmomanometer circuit or design
I wrote in post#2, HX710B is not a pressure sensor. It's adc of your sensor module. Sensor is that bigger guy there with "chimney" on your module. You better start studying before building commercial electronics.
