Bluetooth Module

Hi! I bought a bluetooth module and I am confused if I am going to connect it on a 3.3v or 5.0v port as it shows these at the back of the module. My question is, where should I connect these 2 or should I only connect one on my Arduino Uno?

I am beginner on this stuff and I want to start off safely without damaging the items that I bought. Peace up and thanks in advance for the advice.

You can use either 3.3V or 5V, but not both at the same time.

The 3.3V runs directly to the module, the 5V goes trough a voltage regulator.

// Per.

The module needs 5volt power for it's onboard 3.3volt regulator, and expects 3.3volt logic signals.
Many examples on Google to protect at least the RX pin with a 1k:2k2 level shifter.
