Bluetooth streamen to Radio-set

Hello All, I am new to Arduino and new on this Form. So maybe the answer to my question is already on the forum somewhere.

I had like to stream my Deezer/Spoify music to my radio-set via Bluetooth.
Is there a solution possible via an Arduino interface?

And next to that, I like to stream the music from my IPTV-provider as well. The new TV-box requires me to have the TV-set on in order to be able to listen to music :frowning: This music comes from my local router. Since the TV-service is provided by Canal-Plus, I guess that you need to implement some credentials here.
Does anyone have a solution to one (or both) situations?

I think the dongle is he right solution probably since the Music streaming service comes from my Cellphone.

The standard radio stations here in The Netherlands, come to me via the IPTV provider. I guess there no other solution here since it a paid service.
