BMI160 on Arduino Nano

Hello, I have been struggling for the past few hours, trying to get the BMI160 module to work, but with no luck. I suspect it might be because I am using arduino nano? I tried every possible code and connection on the internet with no luck. May it be because of the Arduino Nano?

I have some doubts. E.g. GitHub - DFRobot/DFRobot_BMI160 states that "it works well" with an Uno so there is no reason why it would not work with a Nano.
