What is it and where did you get it from ?
Perhaps you can tell us what the board is and where you got it from.
From the photo it looks like it may hold an I2C device. Maybe those are QUICC (?) connections?
Maybe an option to get your multimeter out and start measuring? https://robu.in/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/1848637-BME688-1.pdf provides a little information to get you on track.
Use the datasheet of the BME688 as a reference for the pinout of the BME688.
It's a cheap copy of Adafruit's BME688 breakout minus some components. The schematic in the link should get you started.
Why do you need a schematic?
Do you plan on building your own?
The schematics shown in the BME680 datasheet are probably the closest you will find.
