i saw some threads that people complain that they cant use the usb interface to program the board when the Bluetooth is connected , is that true? if its true what do i need to do to program the board while having a bluetooth connected

Yes, it's true that you can't program the board with the bluetooth device connected. You need to unplug it to program the Arduino, then plug it back in.
