Brand new r4 wifi and don't work

Hi, i bought a new r4 wifi and can't even upload a exemple sketch, keep getting the errors:

Cannot perform port reset: 1200-bps touch: opening port at 1200bps: The semaphore timeout period has expired.
No device found on COM3
Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status 1

if i try to update the r4 to any version got the message:

"Installation failed. Please try again."

tried the two reset-button click with the blink sketch to upload, the "unor4wifi-update-windows" file. don't know what else i can do. I have a good quality usb-c data cable, a Nano ESP32, and never had this kind of problems, anyone can help?
