i've arduino UNO and i would like to make some projects to interface arduino with my phone (android) using bluetooth.
can you suggest me a good shield/other to buy?

I would be tempted to suggest you go with a USB host shield... that way you can plug a very inexpensive USB bluetooth dongle in it... still have Blue tooth, a USB host shield and perhaps something else connected via usb with a small hub... 
sounds like a project that can grow with you?
lots of cool code etc available for USB host... do a search for that on youtube lots of cool projects
