Camera for Rasperry Pico

Hi all,

I have recently purchased a Rasperry Pico (the only microcontroller of Rasperry Pi).

I am looking for a camera that would work with it. Any recommendation?

More generally, are cameras with microcontroller good enough to be worth it? From the perspective of a human being able to visualize the footage. I guess I am asking if there's enough fps and pixels?

If the answer is no, would another controller (ESP32?) be better for cameras, or is it a bit hopeless with microcontroller, and I should look at traditional rasperry pi?

Thanks!

Put some actual numbers with your questions, so someone has a reference to what you are asking.

Some examples of the video from an ESP32CAM here;

Ok, I guess minimum numbers that are reasonable would be 10 fps and 720p.

Thanks, yes, that looks actually quite nice. I am wondering if it's possible to have similar quality with the Raspberry Pico.

Check out Arducam.
