Do you understand what a C rating is? Multiplied by the capacity it tells you the maximum current the battery can supply. 3500mAh = 3.5Ah. 3.5 x 25C = 87.5A. So I don't think 4A is going to be a problem.
Of course no battery will supply that much "continuously", only until it runs out of energy and needs recharging. A bit less than an hour in this case.
