Why do you want to enter AT commands to HC-05?
Wiring is incorrect.
Change settings.
By default, most of the HC-05 come up as slaves at Bd = 9600 and start working with UNO R3 master. If it is paired but not working, then settings could be checked and changed.
You might need to check if and what newline character is used.
This can be "\n" "\r" or "\r\n" or none.
Can you post a schema how the device is connected to your (for me unknown) processor.

Okay, but where's the author of this post? No connection details, no description of the problem ("it doesn't work" doesn't tell you anything), no example sketch, no other information about the goal, and after two days he still hasn't responded...
