You should post a description of your problem and the sketch you are using.
would recommend you use AltSoftSerial and test basic AT commnds before attempting anything complex - see basic SIM800 test

I'm pretty sure that you agree and will follow the way how to solve your problem mimimum 200 minutes faster.
This requires to invest 20 minutes of your precious time to read how to speedup solving your problems.
Directly after registering you got presented informations how to speed up solving your problem.
You should really read it.
I want to post my hontest thoughts about this post:

Presenting a single picture and a global question "can smoebody help coding"
hm not much engagement.
Not much engaged answer: "Yes I can help"
Though this poor sentence does not yet help. Same with your global question.
A global question like "can somebody help coding" means
either:
write down a 20 pages tutorial that covers all my unforseen problems
or
are global "yes"
