Can i make "Did you fall" audio with arduino nano ble 33 sense rev 2

Currently, I am working on a research project to develop a fall detection system using the Nano BLE 33 Sense Rev 2. I aim to incorporate a small sound effect, similar to the one used by Apple Watch, to confirm detections. Can this board support such a feature?

Does the board have a speaker to produce the sound?

I mean with external speaker. There is not inbuild one

Does your board also have an audio amplifier to drive the speaker?

The Arduino can control the DFplayer Mini to speak phrases through an external speaker.

For that can i also use external one ? As doc there is not inbuild one?
