Can i use these as alternatives?

I'm creating a voice modulator with the help of this project: Vox Imperium: Stormtrooper Voice Changer - SparkFun Learn
But of the parts needed are to expensive for my budget, so i was wondering if i could exchange them.

Could i exchange this part:

with this part:

And can exchange this part:

With this part:

If these exchanges wouldn't work, does anyone know any other cheep parts that i could use instead?

You could probably swap the psu modules.

NOT the processors - the teensy has masses more power than the AT328 , which is necessary for the sound processing

Thanks for the quick reply. Its nice to hear that i can possibly change the power boots as i already have the adafruit one. Tho i don't suspect there are any cheaper alternatives to the teensy? But if there are, i would really appreciate knowing of them.
