Can i use this speaker?

You can use it but you need to put a 220 ohm resistor in series with it.
The volume will be very low.

Thanks, but do you know anyother speaker that is usable with a arduino uno clone with a decent volume? İ have searched but couldnt find any

There are none. You need an amplifier, or a transistor circuit to amplify the signal

Works okay if you're not looking for HiFi sound. Pretty cheap.
