Can i use two I2C devices at the same time?

For example, can i use a I2C LCD display and a RTC DS1307 at the same time in the I2C ports of arduino UNO?

I2C is a shared bus. You can hook up dozens of peripherals to the SDA/A4 & SCL/A5 pins. The address is how each peripheral knows what data to listen to.
