Quick question, can MKR 1500 make a phone call with LTE sim inserted?

No. The I2S is not wired. The modem is only LTE-M without voice.

I see. Is there any other arduino board that can? I am searching for a call and receive call function, saw Arduino 1400 but it is discontinued.

It's only the mkr1400, still avaiable but only 3G. We are waiting for a full LTE MKR1600 with wired I2S...
