I don't see any changes on serial port and it only show one option. I also have an arduino uno and that one is working fine, I'm able to see a new port when I connect it.
Could it be a bad board?
When I try to upload a sketch the IDE said upload done uploading, but nothing is sent to the board and the tx and rx leds does not lid during the process. Am I missing a step to add the usb to serial connection?
