Cant change port!

So i just bought a new laptop for college but up til' now i was always using computers in college. im trying to upload a sketch to the board and it says

Arduino: 1.6.6 (Windows 10), Board: "Arduino/Genuino Uno"

Sketch uses 3,448 bytes (10%) of program storage space. Maximum is 32,256 bytes.

avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "\.\COM1": The system cannot find the file specified.

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
enabled in File > Preferences.

Have you looked in 'Device Manager' to see which port the Arduino is actually using?
Then set that port number in the IDE.

Have you try to restart a pc?
In some cases this procedure fix the problem.
