None of my previous things even the examples wont compile.
says missing file;
"C\users\user\Appdata\local\Arduino15\package\arduino\tools\avr-gcc\7.30-atmel13//atmel13.6-arduino//bin/avr-g++"
don' know where is is or what it is suppose to really be.
can't display any appdata directory once i'm in c://users/user/
any help here?
I tried updating all the libraries.
no arduino boards will compile. I can do a digistump for a tTiny85
You have a corrupt installation. A possible way to solve it is to downgrade the boards package and next upgrade it again. Which version of the IDE?
Windows hides a number of directory that it considers dangerous for the user. I think that AppData is one of them.
My standard settings are to not "hide hidden files and folders".
Navigate to any directory on your system in Windows Explorer, e.g. "Documents". Click the Options icon at the right and click Change folder and search options.
In the next screen, change the option to display Hidden files and folders.
