Last week I created a sketch in Arduino Create online and now it won't open, download, or duplicate. Just stuck at a screen where it says "loading sketch". Any known issues or ideas how to get my sketch back?
We are still investigating on this kind of issue, can you share your sketch link please?
Thanks for your report
So is it safe to assume I have to remake my sketch? Not the biggest deal in the world but if that's the case I won't be using the Cloud Create anymore. Up until this point it was awesome.

I did not create a sketch. My question is regarding plugins that the installer was not able to install.
@just4plaay we can try to retrieve your sketch, thank you for sharing the link with us
@winslowwong please don't cross posting in other threads as it creates useless confusion, thanks a lot!
@just4plaay your sketch should now be available, sorry it took us a long time to get to deal with your issue.
Apparently an image you uploaded broke the sketch, could you confirm?
Unfortunately we are not able to retrive the image because it got corrupted.
Thank you. Back in and working again
@just4plaay would it be possible to give us any hint on why your sketch might have gotten corrupted? Of course we take these issues very seriously and providing any way to replicate the problem would be really appreciated.
I had the same problem and reported it in another thread a month or so ago. Looks like a prevalent issue. Here is mine if you are interested in taking a look.
I am working in the stand alone editor. Would love to come back to the cloud if this gets fixed.
That sketch should work now
cool, its back. Thanks. I think I'll give the web interface another try.
@manunle if this ever happens to you again it will be super useful if you let us know a way to replicate the issue. This problem is particularly tricky and we are having a real hard time troubleshooting it without a robust way to replicate it. You help is really helpful!
