I'm new with WIFI Arduino ,and trying to upload one thing sketch to the Arduino ,as it explained in the web that its free for 2 things.
but i don't have the option to do the upload without upgrade

Please be aware that we can't see your display or the hardware that you have in front of you, so you need to describe what you have and the problem you are having in detail, including any error messages you are seeing. For starters, it would help to know a few things like:
- which Arduino board? There are a number that have WiFi.
- what are you trying to follow that is "explained in the web that its free for 2 things"? Please post a link so that we can see it for ourselves.
- "but i don't have the option to do the upload without upgrade" - don't really know what this means. Please explain?
- if you are seeing messages (e.g. errors) in the IDE, please post them (the above link explains how).
- let us know which version of the IDE you are using
Have you taken the correct steps, for example:
- selected the correct board?
- selected the correct serial port?
- using a fully functional USB data cable not just a charging cable?
