I have bought DFrobot Capacitive soil Moiture but in the webpage's documentation I only get values "WET", "DRY" and "VERY WET".

The code on the link at 3.5 shows that you get an analog reading. You will need to calibrate the sensor, to know what 34 means, in terms of percentage.
Percentage of what? Soil? Moisture?
