Here is the project i am currently working on.
For now its not much but it already kinda looks cool 
Its an old interior from a Peugeot 106
The gauges will be powered using servos connected to the arduino uno
The arduino will get the data from a program called x-sim
I dont have the servos yet so till then im stuck....
Could you use a variable resistor instead of a servo? That way you don't have to dissemble the gauges.
Looks good so far. One of my computer science professors made a similar setup for an old text-based flight simulator.

Yes thats right, Im gonna use it for Life For Speed and eventually other racing games

No the speedometer used some kind of mechanical connection so that needs to be replaced.
And the right one is actually a clock im gonna replace that and make it an RPM meter.
