Changing default file location with M.2 Installed

I have installed a 2Tb Kingston NVME drive on my Ventuno Q. I would now like to change the default location for files from the app lab to the new mount point. Can someone help please?

I will take a SWAG (Scientific Sild Assuming Guess) and say the VENTUNO Q runs Ubuntu Linux, so the NVMe drive can be managed using normal Linux filesystem tools.

Note that mounting a drive does not automatically make it App Lab's default storage location. App Lab must either support changing that location or be directed to the new filesystem through Linux. I do not know as I do not have this system.

I would treat this primarily as a Linux filesystem problem, with an additional Arduino App Lab configuration issue.

Hopefully this helps.

You can move root filesystem to NVMe, then your OS would run ~20-40 X faster than on eMMC

I was able to install Gparted on the GUI and it allowed me to format and mount my nvme, but i would love to find a way to transfer everything to run off of it as well... any ideas?

Sudo apt install gparted

Im going to try this, thank you!
