Cheapest way to output audio file

Hi

What would be the cheapest way to output a 10 second wav file when an input is triggered. I've looked at the lillypad mp3 from sparkfun but looks expensive for what i require.

Look for an MP3 player on eBay, should be sub $6

Maybe a Grove MP3 player from Seeedstudio ?

Store in SPI EEPROM? high speed PWM output to RC filter?
