Circuit for self powered atmega32u4 with ISP and reset

Hello, I'm new to the forum. I have no formal background in electronics but I'm working with some electrochemical systems. I'm designing a controller for one of these systems, based on the atmega32u4. I have followed recommendations from various sources but it would be nice to get some feedback. Basically, I need to be able to communicate through usb and also to load the arduino bootloader and run sketches. I do not want power from usb but only data transfer. I'm showing some of the relevant parts which it would be great to have some feedback. These include the circuitry around the MCU, the usb connection and the MCU reset and ICSP header. Many thanks in advance for any tips or corrections.
