Closed Loop with 2 PWM Signals 180 Degree Apart

I am only using a 100-ohm load at the moment, have not tried a load change.

This is something I will do to see the circuits response.

Hi, @rkay8310

At this point a copy of your circuit, a picture of a hand drawn circuit in jpg, png would help.
Hand drawn and photographed is perfectly acceptable.
Please include ALL hardware, power supplies, component names and pin labels.

Thanks.. Tom... :+1: :coffee: :australia:

I don’t really want to put up a circuit diagram as this is a novel circuit. I am not sure what I am going to do with it yet. It has the interleaved input PWM signals but is then very different although it still has one input and one output.

My experimental board shows efficiency up to 92%. Also has efficiency above 85% from 10% duty cycle to 60% duty cycle. I am waiting for some components which will lift the efficiency even higher.

The gain is very close to what was calculated.

You could possibly draw your Plant/Process/System/NovelBootConverter as a black box with its outputVoltage, outputVoltage -> A0 conversion circuit(????), PWM inputs, signal ground, and power supply(s) and power grounds.

I updated that Wokwi sim to add a pot for a variable Setpoint a little integration with Ki=0.05 and some labels:

Today is the first chance I have had to get back to this.

I uploaded the sketch from post #25 to the Arduino. It looks like it should work, just need to work out the vales for the PID controller.
