Code for making a photo with DfRobot Firebeetle 2

Hello.
Can somebody who knows how to make a photo with a "DFRobot FireBeetle 2 Board ESP32-S3-U (N16R8) AIoT Microcontroller with Camera", say me the code to make a photo, if he has used it on such a Board?
Because the webserver example does not work, and the example code of the DfRobot website does also not work, and also every other code that i found did not work. So how do i make a photo with this board?
Can somebody help me with that?

Thank you.

I suggest to email DFRobot technical support, and to post on the DFRobot forum.

the example code of the DfRobot website does also not work

Arduino forum members might be able to help, if you read and follow the directions in the "How to get the best out of this forum" post. Be sure to clearly explain what "does not work" means.

I'm sorry, but I don't have enough information to assist you effectively. To get the best support, I recommend following @jremington's suggestion and contacting DFRobot directly. You can reach their technical support team at techsupport@dfrobot.com. Additionally, visiting the DFRobot Forum may provide helpful insights and assistance from their community and support engineers.

I already contacted the DfRobot support, but they didn't write back until now...
That's a good idea to post in the DfRobot forum, but i read already from this forum about the camera problem, and it sounded not so good... But i can try it.

And i don't remember right now what was the problem, it's 2 or 3 week since then. I think the webserver example did simply not produce any output, i think it looked as the server itself did hang, but i'm not remember exactly. And the other things did all behave strange, somehow all at this board behave strange for me... Because that i asked if somebody already used a code for the cam with exactly this board, so that should work then also with my board.
But i can see tomorrow what for errors it does produce.

Thanks for the tips.

And DfRobot support said ?

Because they didn't wrote back, they said nothing  Nobody answered ( I hope my English is correct...)

Appologies;

"but they didn't write back until now"

suggested they had replied.

Ah, i didn't meant that so, somehow that must be wrong formulated, sorry...
So nobody answered me from the DfRobot support...

Oh man, i think i'll forget that again with the DfRobot Firebeetle 2... I can not even upload the code, it always says "fatal error...", even when i press the buttons it is written on the website, sometimes the ide even says this is likely because a problem with the driver or the connected hardware... From time to time this is simply so with this board, i don't know really why...
That really don't make fun to work with such a board... And in the DfRobot forum it sounds not better...
I quickly forget it with that, that's not the board i want to thinker in the future...
Sorry for making a post and close it so fast without a solution, but that's a demotivating board...
