Would it be possible to indicate what you are looking for ? Is your board defective and you want to replace or reprogram the chip ? Or do you want to built/design/reverse engineer that board?

Hi, for all it's worth, please find below a link for a DIY board for a heart rate monitor board :

I haven't read the whole page/article but it might be easier to buy an already working board.
