comlent cl5767 fm with arduino

i have found a cl5767 in my electronics box and it is a fm stereo module.
and i want to drive it with arduino, but i have no idea how.
and dont know what code i need.
can anyone help me?

Did you manage to solder wires to it ?

I assume it is (compatible with) a Philips TEA5767.
