connecting a normal USB webcam to Arduino due

Hey, i have been working on a project in which I want to interface a webcam to Arduino. is it possible to do it in Arduino due?

I want to capture the image and process in and get the led glow.

All the process is to be done standalone on Arduino due.

or can a camera module be used for the same??
