Connecting a Seeed Motor Controller to Arduino Uno with Arduino Wifi Shield

Hello Everyone

Im trying to find a way to connect my seeed motor shield to my arduino uno and wifi shield. I have my arduino uno and wifi shield connected to a network which is also connected to a Matlab Gui. I am trying to put these together to make a rc car that is being controlled by the gui.

So like a playstation 3 controller and I connect it to my motor controller and my arduino uno

So reading up on the data sheet I see that the wifi shield and the motor shield both use pin 10 11 12 13 anyway to circumvent this?
