Hi all,

I have made a PCB like the bellow picture. however when I turn on U$3 Mosfet I got some problems? any suggestion?

What MOSFET?
Come to that which Arduino and what is its supply voltage?
Why are you driving an LED without a series resistor (or is a 12V LED strip?)

I think you will find that the CAD package will allow you to EXPORT your "diagram" as a jpg.
This screen capture lacks any definition.

It doesn't show the Arduino, the pinouts, the pins of the MOSFET which I assume is in the red circle.

PLEASE post a picture of a hand drawn circuit with ALL your component and pins labelled.
That way you will not have to go searching for suitable component library symbols.
