Connecting Multiple ESC to One Battery

I have 3 brushless motors each connected to an ESC.

I want to connect all 3 ESC to one battery.

How would I go about this and what do I need to bear in mind?

Is it simply a matter of soldering the all the ESC power connectors to the battery?

Yes that is a good start.

If you get any interaction between them you might want to add a bit of power filtering, like the last circuit in this page:-

I'd make a harness so all the ESC wires go to a single battery connector, then you can
remove the power to all in a hurry if you need to. Have the connector fairly close to the
LiPo pack so the length of wire that's shared is short (high currents cause significant
voltages across the wiring).
